It’s a real challenge to educate users on SharePoint features and get them excited enough to start using them. SharePoint can revolutionize how an organization communicates, but to do so, it must fight the status quo.
Are there still people who use a calculator and then type the results into Excel? I wonder if anyone still uses a desk dictionary to check spelling on a Word document. Attaching documents, carbon copying, and over-emailing have similarly been antiquated by SharePoint. In ten years, will there still be email chains?
